Where is Tia Maria located?

We are located in the Roseland neighborhood of Santa Rosa at 44 Sebastopol Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95407. Guests can walk to our location from the downtown Santa Rosa SMART Train Station in only 7 minutes. We are across the street from Sonoma County Meat Company.

What are your operating hours?

Monday – Saturday: 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

What treats and menu items do you specialize in?

Our master baker Ramon Santana crafts traditional favorites:

Signature Pan Dulce: Acclaimed conchas, voted by our guests as the finest in the county, alongside crispy churros and sweet breads. Keep an eye out for seasonal conchas!

Lunch & Savory: Hearty handcrafted sandwiches and midday savory bites.

Coffee Bar: A full-service coffee program featuring our custom Chisme Blend roasted by WOLF Coffee. We have a fun lineup of specialty drinks including Horchata Lattes, Mazapán Lattes, Abuelita Mochas and more.

Can I pre-order whole cakes from Tia Maria?

Yes, cakes can be ordered online in advance for easy in-store pickup. You can also visit anytime to select a Cuatro Leches from our case. Instead of the typical Tres Leches cakes, we use four milks to craft ours.
